CHANTELLE MARIE KING

  • Born and raised in the Hills District of Sydney, Australia, Chantelle Marie King began singing as a small child – very much as a natural extension of the family’s daily music room rituals.

  • It was in late 1999, as an 11-year old rehearsing for a family wedding, that the power and range of Chantelle’s voice first became evident.

  • Her subsequent late evening wedding reception performance silenced a function room immersed in celebrations, dancing, talking, and ongoing toasts to the new bride and groom and triggered a series of events that ultimately led to Chantelle's Top 5 Nomination, and Runner Up placing, at the National Musicoz Awards 2002.

  • A past student at Pacific Hills Christian High School, and 2003 Future Voice student at The Sydney Conservatorium of Music, Chantelle enjoys relaxing with friends, swimming and listening to pan-pipes music, when not performing.
